• Hi all! I’m new to WordPress and new to this forum. However, I am not at all new to web development and I get WordPress and how it works.

I have three columns with no content. I am finding that when the display is width is decreased, such as with resizing the browser window or viewing on a phone, the columns collapse quickly around column width of about 200px. I am configuring three columns at 33% even spacing. There is no padding. I have put a green border around the columns. The columns currently have no content thus no height. You can see the green lines indicating the the column has a default width even though there is no content.

I am using the Tyler Moore Tesseract theme. My intent is to put three, small thumbnail images (75px width) each in its own column. I would like them to NOT collpase to vertical so quickly when the display width is decreased.

Is a link to a (test) site where the problem can be seen available?

Does the problem persist even when you do add some content, such as the thumbnail images you’re planning to add?

Barry, thanks for your reply. It’s been a long road, but I found “settings” that govern the column collapse and I was able to change the behavior for smaller screens.
