No, sorry, the pagination will only show the next set of rows, switching this to columns is not possible.
For something like that, I recommend using the “Horizontal Scrolling” feature.

And is there a way to tweak the horizontal scrollbar into a “previous/next” arrow? Or I can only have with the horizontal bar?

I’m not aware of a solution where the scroll bar can be replaced by such arrows easily, sorry 🙁 It might be possible to achieve this with custom JavaScript code though, but I don’t have details for that.
