3 Column problem

When adding 3 columns in the editor, a problem arises when the sidebar is disabled. Formatting gets lost.
I have created three columns. Added Media and Text to the columns. When the page format includes a sidebar, everything is fine. When I remove the sidebar, the format gets confused.
OceanWP and Basic Theme are all OK.
The problem is observed in the free layout. There are problems with the block layout, but not that strong. (the page layout is blocky or not)I apologize for my english
