Columns Not Stacking Responsively

We have 2 column sections on home page when viewed on smaller devices they columns to not behave responsively (i.e. columns don’t stack). When we disable this plugin, they do. Ideas?

Site is currently under construction and not visible publicly but can disable coming soon temporarily to show.

Update – located the responsive setting feature to resolve issue.
