.com:40001/ error

I’ve uploaded my wordpress website to the live linux server and I recieved the following error when I try go to the website in the address bar

http://www.fergalmcgrathphotography.com:4001/

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at http://www.fergalmcgrathphotography.com:4001.

I’ve been trying everything I can think of to get this working but its just not happening. Any advice from the wiser among us would be most appreciated
