    Hello @kenteush29,

We’ve carefully reviewed the issue you mentioned regarding the “Remove Base” option for WooCommerce categories and its impact on WPML. However, we’ve not been able to reproduce the same behavior on our local development setup or on a live testing site — even with partially translated categories.

This leads us to believe there may be another plugin or a theme-specific conflict at play.

To help confirm this, we recommend performing a quick conflict check by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue still occurs even after following those steps, we’d request you to please create a new support ticket following this guide: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/attention-read-this-before-posting/

Our development team will be glad to investigate this further once we have the full environment details.

Looking forward to helping you get this sorted out.

It happens from time to time, you can’t replicate it just like that.

    It behaves like this here

    Hello @kenteush29,

If it doesn’t always happen it could be due to a permalink issue and in those cases you just need to hit the udate button under WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.

Unfortunately, without being able to replicate it we cannot properly address the issue.

    Thank you for your report.

You suggest me to suicide the website SEO? Hitting this button can cause major changes in the links structure and cause 404 EVERYWHERE. Genious answer.

    Hello @kenteush29,

If you update the permalinks settings without making any changes, it would only flush the permalinks. It won’t make any changes to your site’s permalink structure or cause any 404 errors.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
