Combine js, css does not work

    Hello,

    I can see the comment line in the source code at the bottom that the plugin is doing something, but the combining of both js and css does not work for me.

    There are of course js and css files in the head section.

    Any ideas, thanks.

    PS using the SEO plugin from Yoast, Contact Form 7 and a premium theme from cpothemes.
