Combine RSS Feed from Multiple Blogs

I’m running wordpress for my Website in the root of my domain:

Site:
http://www.domain.com/
RSS Feed:
http://www.domain.com/feed/

I also have a blog on the site which is located in a subdirectory

Blog:
http://www.domain.com/blog/
Blog RSS Feed:
http://www.domain.com/feed/

Question:
Is it possible for me to consolidate both my RSS Feeds to a single feed at: http://www.domain.com/feed/ ?

I use Feedburner for both feeds and I can’t see a feature from their site so I’m hoping there’s something I can do from a WordPress perspective. Is there a pluggin? or?
