Combining Other databses

    Hi

    I’ve created a page on my blog that is using PHP and another database.
    The problem is that the other database creates problems and not working…

    What I should do in order to allow this page to use the other database?

    (I don’t want to combine those databases into one..)

    What exactly did you want to get from the other database onto your php page hosted in another database?

    I’ll explain it again:
    I am using a php template, and I’ve created a static page and add there a PHP code that should get some information from other database which also hosted on the same server

    The problem is that this part is not working and it also shows an error message:

    Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can’t connect to local MySQL server
