Comfirmation Message Not Sent

    I wonder if you can help me.

    Forms I create using WPForms/WP Mail SMTP Lite/Brevo no longer forward confirmations.

    I receive notifications. And a test user receives a notification when I replace the ‘Send To Email Address’ with their email address.

    I have tried deactivating/deleting the plugins and reinstalling them, but it has made no difference.

    I am using the Astra theme.

    Hi @laralorvan,

    Thank you for the additional details.

    I suspect that this could be a host or na ISP issue if your site URL is in a blacklist then your best bet to resolve this would be reaching out to Hostgator and check if they can help further.
