Comicpress manager missing

    I couldn’t publish my comic pages with the comic press them. I then found out I did not have the Comicpress Manager plugin installed. I searched for it and did not find it. What do I do?

    .. 3, maybe even 4 years ago comicpress manager and old comicpress was discontinued .. comicpress (theme) 4.0+ now uses the ‘comic easel’ plugin.
