Comicpress/Comic Easel Questions

Hello there, I am very new to making a website and have next to no coding experience. The type of website I am trying to make is for my webcomic. I am using the comic easel plug-in and comicpress theme.

The format I would like to build is not quite how comicpress is meant to work though. I have managed to make a (bare bones at the moment) static homepage that will work as a landing page that does not have the comic on it.

On the comic pages themselves, I’d like to move the header to the bottom of the page rather than above.

If you’d like an example of what I am going for, please look at this coimc. I really like the structure and want mine to work the same way.
