You haven’t provided much info. Which theme are you using?
I have selected everything I can find.
Since we don’t really know . . .
When you create a post, scroll down to allow comments? If you don’t see that option go to the upper right corner, screen options and make sure “discussion” is checked.
Also you can edit a post and allow comments there.

There is not a place to comment on my posts. I have selected everything I can find.
