Comment author name spacing issue

Hi, when a comment is added that does not have the author linked, this CSS style is not applied since it is targeting the “a” tag:

Not all comments are linked so not all comment author names are surrounded by “a” tag. If the author name is not surrounded by “a” tag, there is no spacing applied between “Author Name” and “says:” so it appears like “Author Namesays:”.
