    The problem is most likely caused by your theme; could you try to switch to another theme and see if the problem remains?

    If the issue only appears with your current theme, you should be able to customize the position of the comment form by customizing the theme’s CSS.

    Yes the issue only appears with my current theme, what i need to do in css?

    If you’re not familiar with CSS, I would recommend that you contact the theme author; they might be able to help.
