Language code affects the Facebook comments, not the title of Facebook comment box. Can you post screenshot showing what is going on?

To insert a picture in the comments, you need to use Facebook Comments Moderation add-on https://www.heateor.com/facebook-comments-moderation
Can you post here the exact text that you are trying to save in the title?
