Comment Bubble not Working

Hi WPDiscuz kind people,

My wpDiscuz’s comment bubble wouldn’t redirect upon clicking, to go to comments section and it wouldn’t show the phrase ‘Would love your thoughts, please comment ‘ anymore.

Steps I tried and still your plugin retains all settings and wouldn’t let me set up as a fresh installation:
1. Deactivated, deleted, then reinstalled, and reactivated your plugin twice in a row
2. Cleared all caches of my hosting platform, your plugin via its top menu within wp-admin and ‘Purge Comment and User Caches’ under ‘General Settings/Maintenance’
