This happens in themes which use the comment_form_defaults filter and build a fresh $args array from scratch without the new submit elements added in [31699].
Should be fixed in the next WP release.
Hi Sergey – is there any workaround for this? I’ve already had a few people email me about my comments being broken.

I’m using Origin since 8 months now. The send comment button is missing after the latest wp update.
