1. What version of the plugin you are using?
2. What happens if you click on the grey button with three dots that is shown at the top of the email?
The plugin version is 3.6 and the three dots button show / hide the text of the email

1. Can you please show what is the billing name (first name and last name) of the customer? The name is long and I would like to check how it is split between first name and last name. If the customer data is sensitive, please create a test order with dummy data.

I just use the first name field to save the full name of the client because it is the default of brazil
Im developing an extension to work with your plugin, because i need to work with the yith points and rewards extension, and i having a problem to add the review link in the email.
I will not publish the plugin I created, because I started learning in wordpress in a short time and I do not know much about it.
