Comment-form not displaying on posts

Hello wise people,

I am using this theme to build a simple blog.
During my fiddling the comments tag in post meta and the comment form below the post somehow disappeared. The existing comments are visible (just without the reply button). I’m not a pro by all means so I don’t now how to fix it.

I have reinstalled the theme with no luck and have copy-pasted the source code over everything I touched – it didn’t help.

I have made a second test page on my domain and tested the same theme with the same css settings and it is working there.

What should I do? The page is maintenance mode now so the link cant help you much.
