    Hi guys,
I’m not sure what has happened… but weirdly, the tickboxes for “subscribe to further comments” and “subscribe to new posts” have moved _after_ my comment form submit button? They always used to be above it, right after “Remember me”.
Is there anything I can do to move these back above?

Hi @willstockstech, this sounds like it might be a change in your theme, but we’re happy to take a look. Could you link to your site so we can see what you’re seeing?

    Hi @supernovia

This was my first thought, however my theme hasn’t changed in a couple of months.

The only thing that has changed recently (bar a couple of plugin updates) is WP 5.2. Other than that, I cannot think of anything else recently that has changed that would’ve affected this 🙁

So that’s rather odd, because I don’t remember them ever being above the Submit button, I’ve always seen them below it.

The exception is, if you use Jetpack Comments, they’ll be lined up to the left of the button: https://jetpack.com/support/comments/

With that said though, I found this cached copy of your post and indeed the checkboxes are above the Submit button.

And, so I checked a cached copy for my site, and yeah they’re above the button. So, this is fun. 🙂

I believe a recent change did change that on our end and I’m asking one of our developers to take a look.

This was a mistake from my part, I am sorry. We will get this fixed in the next Jetpack release, scheduled to be released at the beginning of June. You can follow our progress here:

I did have to double take as well @macmanx – good use of Google’s cache though! :O

Ah, nice one thanks @jeherve that’s good news 🙂

Glad I’m not going mad 😉

@jeherve just FYI – I’ve applied that PR to my site (because it’s small) and it works fine 🙂 Everything is showing correctly for me now!
