Comment link/box not showing up

    I double checked and nothing is disabled in my discussion settings.

    hi
    You can change the defaults for new posts or pages on the
    Settings -> Discussion screen.
    for enable the comments just uncheck tht on disable comments.

    -If you don’t see the Discussion meta box in your control panel,
    1.) click the “Screen Options” dropdown at the top right of your screen and 2.) make sure “Discussion” is checked.
