Hmm. It should work. I’ll add it to my list of things to look at this month and get back to you if I find anything.
This should now be fixed in the latest release, available as of yesterday.
Please have a read through the Changelog for anything that may effect you.

Thanks for the addition of the comment moderation shortcodes, very useful.
I can’t get [comment_moderation_link] to work, the link doesn’t appear in the email that is sent. The other comment moderation links are being included OK.
Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
