I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Are you using some plugin (and please share which one) for the comment section?
Is the option Cache feeds: site, categories, tags, comments enabled in PErformance>Page Cache?
If you purge all cache are you able to see the comment posted?

Hi there,
I encountered the issue that when activating w3 total cache the message left on comment textbox would not appear after clicking submit button. I’ve already check the new comment were inserted into DB after submitted. However, it would not show the comment that I just post when cache was on. So, was any other setting need to be configured or do I need to use some AJAX method to make this happen?
W3 total cache version: 0.14.4
WordPress version: 5.4.2
WP Ocean version: 1.8.3
