I’m using single site
I’m trying to comment on my posts to get the email, but it only work for one kind of post.

Can you please install and set-up the Postman SMTP plugin and see if your notifications are being logged under Tools > Email Log?
Is they are, then it might be a mail delivery issue but I’m hoping that Postman SMTP will help with that too.

I tried the Postman SMTP, but it didn’t work. It is working for one of the custom types.

It sounds like an issue with a custom post type or a plugin conflict to me.

Hi.
I set up 3 different comment notifications for 3 different custom type posts. For one of them, it works fine, but for the other two, it doesn’t.
My website allow users to post ‘questions’,’polls’ and ‘news’. For News, the comment notification is working, but for ‘questions’ and ‘polls’ the email is not been sended.
