Does your new category.php file use the comments_popup_link tag?
Yes,
that’s the bit:
<?php comments_popup_link(‘No Comments »’, ‘1 Comment »’, ‘% Comments »’); ?>
no, I’m crying! I don’t understand why!
Drop a copy of the file into the WordPress pastebin and post the pastebin url here. Perhaps someone will be able to spot the problem and suggest a solution.
How do you use the pastebin? I’ve tried but I’m not good! It’s definitely not my day today!
Go to http://wordpress.pastebin.com/ and paste a copy of your file into the text area and select submit. Copy the resulting url and paste that url here.
There’s nothing wrong with the file. And judging by http://www.myitalianwedding.co.uk/category/fairy-tale-venues/ it’s working.
Check out the very end of each post (the grey text). Your comment numbers are being listed at the end of that block of text.

Hi,
I’ve just created a category.php using the archive.php in order to get a list of posts. The only thing is that I can’t see the real number of comments I’ve got.
This is an example of category page:
http://www.myitalianwedding.co.uk/category/fairy-tale-venues/
Any idea of what I’m doing wrong?
Many thanks
