I have the same issue.
Comments are not visible on the page, but if I’m checking the page in Inspector I can see the comments layout.
I tried to fix it with CSS bit no luck.
I enabled everything that related to comments in WordPress and in LearnPress.

Comment option is missing in Single lesson view. I am using Course Builder theme. Fix the issue. There are issues with the theme in Single Course view. FIx the issue.
