comment option not showing up?

    Ok, I just got told that on my blog there is no option to comment. and she was right..argh…what IS there ia the acrchive link/edit/no comment. I have ticked off the comments allowed option. On one article it says there is 1 comment and when i click on that it takes me to the page with the whole article..
