This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Hi,
When commenting on my posts, after clicking submit, the comment form disappears, leaving the space blank/white or showing a sad face. No comment appears in my dashboard. A reader said he got a sad face. When I try to comment, the space turns blank/white. Might be for commenters with e-mail only, as a reader having a blog on WordPress.com were able to comment Sep 20. Any idea how to resolve this? Many thanks in advance.
