I just realized this setting causes the issue:

Process JavaScript files
If I disable it, then comment section is there.
Is there a way to still process JS files and use comments, too?

@peterkeszegh Can you please uncheck the option “Enable merging of JavaScript files” from WP-Optimize > Minify > Javascript and check if it helps to fix the issue?

After installing Wp-optimize, the comment section on all my pages disappeared.
There is an option on Wp-optimize setting: Comments
Use these buttons to enable or disable any future comments on all your previously published posts. – I clicked enable but nothing happened.
If I deactivate Wp-optimize, the comment section is there again.
Comments are run by Thrive comments.
