Comment section for postings

I am a new user. I have a few postings in a few categories. Only one of the postings is shortened with the (more…) link. I like this style. If you click on the link you get the whole posting and a place to make comments. None of my other postings have this feature. They are displayed in full. If you click on the by Mark link, you get the full text and the place to comment. I would like for readers to see the comment section as the puruse my categores. How do I make this happen?
