This has to do with your theme and/or plugin settings. The question about the comments not showing has been raised many times, please see this thread as an example: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/no-comment-box-in-the-idea-page/
In regards to styling please read the FAQ item: “Things don’t look great, how I can change that?”

I have IdeaPush installed. It works on the home page – it appears, people can add new ideas and vote.
But when it comes to comments, things aren’t working quite as expected. When I click on one of the ideas, one of two things happens:
1. The page looks good, but the comment section does not appear at all. Example: http://www.celebrityfanalyzer.com/idea/why-did-game-of-thrones-fall-apart-in-the-last-season/
I *think* this is what it looks like if you are logged in.
OR
2. Sometimes you click on an idea – example post: Can I get one more idea? – and you DO see the comment section, but none of the page styling is working, so the page looks terrible: http://www.celebrityfanalyzer.com/idea/can-i-get-one-more-idea/
This *seems* to be what it looks like if you are not logged in to WordPress.
How can I fix it so that the page displays nicely AND includes the comment section?
