Comment Templates?

I am currently wanting to change the look of my pop-up comment page. It’s so bland and well, default.

Is there any websites that have templates already designed and done? I dont really have the time myself to do it myself.

It is like I am having writers block, I cant figure out what I want to do with my pop-up comments page. I want it to look neat and organized, easy on the eyes to look at not confusing, but still have it be funky … I know I am asking alot for a simple comment page .. I just want it to be spiced up a bit!
