    Hello DDQ,

I just scanned the whole plugin files of wp-monalisa. This message comes not out of wp-monalisa. Seems to come from rt_media. Which version of rt_media do you use? I have 4.3.1 here.

    Hi tuxlog,

I just updated the rtmedia yesterday for Version 4.3.2. work on it all day so I put a support in. This message was showing right below the icons.

You are right, when you saying 4.3.1, I don’t remembered I seen it until I updated.

With this message, it still able to send comments with no problem tho, error just occurred. so apparently some code is off.

Anyway to work around it? I want to download the 4.3.1 back, but there’s no previous versions for download. bummer…

    Please advise, thanks,

Older versions are a bit tricky to find on ww.wp.xz.cn

Please go to the bottom of
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/buddypress-media/advanced/
    Select 4.3.1 and click Download.

    That’s all.

    Hi tuxlog,

Thanks for the link to download the previous rtmedia.

From the buddypress ACTIVITY STEAM is fine (no false), but appearently, for the rtmedia lightbox, still showing this false error? Hmmm… I strongly believed this is the code still blocking the lightbox to popup incorrectly, instead, it’s showing below the buddypress tabs..

I going to put a support in for rtmedia and see what can they do or not?

As for now, thank you so much again for your big time help.

    Thanks

Mhm, as far as I can see you maybe right. Why not ask the guys from rtmedia about it. Sounds like a good idea for me.

    Hi tuxlog,

I already contact the rtmedia support. according to what they see on my site. is JavaScript conflict in the site/child-theme. Also need to debug the child-theme.

Now for my main question is, could you able to help debugging my site/child-theme? If you can help for this service? Please let me know? Send me a quote?

please provide your email address we can exchange email from there.
