Commenting out code in a template

    My site is build on top of many templates which I load into pages. Some of these templates are quite complex. I have one where I need to temporarily remove a section, and I’ll like to just comment it out so I can add it back easily later. What’s the proper way to comment out code in a loaded template? Thanks.
