Yes it is, you can enable the comments using the Enable Comments snippet https://github.com/simpliko/wpadverts-snippets/blob/master/enable-comments/enable-comments.php.

Note that after installing the snippet the comments will be automatically enabled for Ads added after installing the snippet, for existing Ads you will need to enable comments manually from wp-admin / Classifieds panel while editing them.
it’s working good.
it is possible don’t ask for comment approve and in email field user can select there email or contact number, but this field don’t required.

The comments you have enabled on the Adverts details pages are the default WP comments, the settings for them you will find in wp-admin / Settings / Discussion panel.
You can disable comments moderation and make the email field optional there.
