Comments and trackbacks are not working

I just upgraded to 2.0 and my comments and trackbacks are both acting weird.
When someone leaves a trackback I get the e-mail notifying me that someone tried to leave one but it doesn’t show up on my site.
When someone leaves a comment on my site I get the e-mail notifying me of it and it shows up at the bottom of the post. However, on the home page the post will display that there are no comments and the bottom of the page for the individual post says “No comments on this post”…right above the comments.

I have comments and trackbacks enabled and a spamblocker so there is no approval and they still aren’t working.
