• My website is http://logic.harvard.edu/blog/

First, the plug-in seems to work fine when I comment from the page corresponding to a specific post, but when I comment from any “home page” (e.g, http://logic.harvard.edu/blog/?paged=2) the comment always appears on the last post on that page, attached to the corresponding paragraph if there is one. I’ve turned off other plug-ins to see if there’s some kind of interference, but there doesn’t seem to be.

Second, I was wondering if it’s possible to make the comments appear directly on the home page instead of just on the specific post’s page.

If you can give me code that fixes my problems, I would really appreciate it. Could you also tell me where to put this code, because I’m new to this. Thanks!

    Hi,
    thanks for contacting me!
Right now, it’s not possible to make inline comments work on your home page correctly.
To only display inline comments on single pages, you must add a “.single” selector on the plugin’s options page, as follows:
    .single p

Will you nevertheless use inline comments?

    Best regards,
    Kevin

Maybe, I’ll have to ask my Superiors.

How intractable is the problem? Is there any reason it shouldn’t be fixable (by me, I mean, if you don’t want to expend the energy)? Does the premium version work?

    Thanks for responding so quickly.

I actually don’t know how to fix it and guess that your desired feature requires a huge update of my plugin. I’ll think about it when I have more free time and evolve some other important features. The premium version wouldn’t change anything in your case.

    Thanks a lot. Great plug-in.
