There still is a feature to duplicate the comments on posts. Can you confirm that the “Comments” option is checked if you go to Settings > Duplicate Post?
If so, can you give us an example URL where this problem is happening?

yes, Comments option is checked.
This comment isn’t duplicated, when duplicatin the post.
