comments can’t be disabled

Like in a simillar post https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/comments-cant-be-disabled/
i can’t disable comments. And this is not a conflict or my theme issue, because all other pages and notes are without comment.

Other pages does not even suggest authorizing for comment. But page created by this plugin contains link on authorization form.

My form was hidden and link on it was changed from default value to other. But thanks to this plugin authorization form was indexed via search bot. Moreover, it indexed “Restore Password” link and i received a mail about it.
