comments can't be submitted

I can see the comments form in every blog post, and can fill them out. When I press submit it does nothing. Funny thing I’ve received comments already from other people, but I can’t do it even after I’ve logged out of my account. I’ve also had a friend comment and nothing happens when they press submit too. Help
