    Is it possible to remove the “comments closed” notification on the blog page?

    Ok Please add the give snippet in your theme custom css box.

    Go to Appearance >> customizer >> general settings >> custom css box

    .blog .site-content .entry-meta .comments-link {display: none;}

    Let me know did it work for you.
