Comments Count Updates and Disappears

I have tested the free version prior to purchasing the PRO version. I have noticed a couple of discrepancies as follows:

1) Comments Count – after pressing the import button the comments count for the post does reflect the number of comments imported, which can also be seen in the database. However after a few hours the comments count reverts to zero. The comments can still be seen in the database. Pressing the import button again resets the comments count.

2) Comments in the edit post section of the admin – after importing the comments there are no comments to be seen here, which remains empty.

Please advise how to resolve these issues.
