Comments do not work IN PAGES only

    Hi, I browsed around both the support forum and the codex but couldn’t find an answer therefore here I go:

    Comments to POSTS work normally (some already commented, indeed) but comments to PAGES – although I checked the box “Allow Comments” in the editor window – do not work: it neither appears the link to comment at the bottom of the text.

    Installed and activated plugins:
    * EZstatic
    * Iimage Browser
    * Post Teaser
    * Jaapreview
    * WP-cc
    * ListManager
    * ThemeManager
    * Xbel

    (but I’m rather sure it’s not their fault as it doesn’t work even if I deactivate all of them).

    You need to have <?php comments_template();?> in your Page template (page.php), right above <?php endwhile; endif; ?> (as per original default theme) I guess.
