Comments Enabled but no comment box displaying/Sidebar issues

    I’ve enabled comments in the theme customization section & discussion section, yet there is no comment box displaying on post pages and no option to enable on page.

    Also can’t get MailChimp widget or anything else except Archives & Search to display in sidebar.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated!
