Hi Danny1973,
What comment form do you mean? You’ve opened a support topic for “WooCommerce PDF & Print” plugin, it doesn’t have any relation with comment form.

If you’re talking about wpDiscuz please read this topic, it’s not missing, you should make sure the discussions options are turned on for you posts.
