Comments forms is not enabled

    I have purchased Unlimited Anti-Spam protection for 1 website with extra package and followed steps https://cleantalk.org/help/premium-notice

    After few hours, comments form is still showing X while others showing green color.

    Any reason why the ‘comments form’ failed?

    Hello,

    Have you enabled comment form protection?

    WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings
