If I understand the problem correctly, in the nested comments view, you can’t reply to a comment to a comment, correct? You’re expecting to see “Ответить” here? Screenshot: http://d.pr/i/Ru81

Can you check under Settings -> Discussion and see what you have set for “Enable threaded (nested) comments X levels deep” under “Other Comment Settings” – my guess is that it’s set to 2. If you want more nested comments, simply change that to something more than two.

It looks like that the link is linking to the comment itself instead of letting you reply to the comment.

Can I have you try temporarily switching to a default theme like Twenty Fifteen and see if it does the same thing? If it fixes the problem, likely something in your theme is broken and you should get in touch with the theme developer for help.

If it still doesn’t work, try testing with all other plugins disabled (leaving Jetpack active) and try again. If it starts working, turn your plugins back on one by one until you see the error again. Note that plugin and get back in touch with us.
