In my site (kafeneio-megalopolis.gr) they are no more part with the comments!!
I think so this has become the last days.
I have also yet two test pages to another servers and the problem occurred in these.(kafeneio-megalopolis.com)
The comments have disappeared and the default theme and other themes i tested!
