have you tried:
-deactivating ALL plugins temporarily to narrow down and possibly fix the problem . If the problem goes away, activate them individually to find the culprit?
-switching to the default theme (Twenty Ten) for a moment by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes. The idea is to force WordPress to fall back to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific issue?
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

I searched the forums before asking, I saw some similar issues but not quite the same as mine so I figured I’d start up a new thread. My issue is that comments are not displaying on my posts. In addition to this, the website they may be putting up also does not appear to be registering. Instead, all that shows up is “http://website/” or something to that effect. I can see the comments when I login and go to “comments.” But beyond that, nadda.
I checked my moderation settings and removed anything that would prevent them from displaying, but still no difference. I’m not entirely sure if it’s an issue with a .php file or the layout itself. So it’s somewhat frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated :).
